Yoonsoo Park began his culinary career in 2008 and has since worked across Seoul, London, Copenhagen, and New York, building a broad foundation through experiences ranging from Michelin-starred kitchens to more casual dining concepts. After moving to New York in 2021, he joined Atomix, and in 2023 was appointed Head Chef of NARO. He currently serves as Assistant Culinary Director, where he continues to explore contemporary Korean cuisine with a focus on seasonality, clarity, and ingredient-driven cooking.
