Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 14, 2026

By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or participating in any AAPI Food & Wine event (the “Event”), you (“Holder” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. No one under the age of 21 is permitted, including infants and children in strollers or carriers. Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport) is required for entry.

2. Alcohol Consumption

The Event promotes responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you believe you are unable to safely operate a motor vehicle, please contact an Event representative for assistance with arranging safe transportation.

3. Alcoholic Beverage Container Policy

No open or unopened alcoholic beverage containers may be brought into or removed from any licensed Event venue.

4. Credentials

Event passes, wristbands, or credentials must be worn and visibly displayed at all times. Individuals without proper credentials may be removed from the Event immediately without refund.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Property

AAPI Food & Wine and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property or merchandise.

6. Security

No products or merchandise may be removed from Event venues without express authorization from Event organizers.

7. Ticket Policy

Tickets are purchased online through third-party ticketing providers, which may charge additional processing or convenience fees. If a ticket is sold at an incorrect price due to human error, system malfunction, or early release, AAPI Food & Wine reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund of the amount paid.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Events, prices, venues, schedules, performers, and programming are subject to change without notice. Tickets are not tax deductible. Unauthorized resale, transfer for commercial purposes, or use in promotions, contests, or advertising without written permission is grounds for cancellation without compensation.

8. Assumption of Risk

a. Personal Injury; Property Damage

Attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd conditions, alcohol consumption, food allergies, venue conditions, and the actions of other attendees or third parties. By attending, Holder voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, including the risk of personal injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAPI Food & Wine and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, and venue partners (collectively, the “Event Parties”) shall not be liable for any personal property that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or misplaced, or for any personal injuries or illnesses sustained in connection with the Event. Event Parties have no duty to mitigate any losses sustained by Holder.

b. Public Health Risks

Holder acknowledges that attendance at a public event involves exposure to communicable diseases. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to such exposure, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.

9. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holder agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Event Parties from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Holder’s negligent or wrongful acts or violation of these Terms. Event Organizers reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any such claim.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Event Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

The total aggregate liability of the Event Parties shall not exceed the total amount paid by Holder for the applicable Event ticket.

11. Event Changes; Cancellation; Force Majeure

AAPI Food & Wine reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event at any time. Except as expressly stated herein, no refunds will be issued.

If the Event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Event Organizers, including but not limited to acts of God, public health emergencies, epidemics or pandemics, government orders, natural disasters, labor disputes, war, or civil unrest, Event Organizers may, at their sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event or honor tickets for a rescheduled date. Holder acknowledges the inherent risk of Event cancellation and agrees that no additional liability shall arise from such cancellation.

12. Right to Use Name, Image, and Likeness

By attending the Event, Holder grants AAPI Food & Wine and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, transferable license to use Holder’s name, image, voice, and likeness captured at the Event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without compensation or prior approval. Nothing herein shall be deemed to imply Holder’s endorsement of any product or service.

13. Expected Behavior

Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Harassment, discrimination, or behavior that interferes with others’ enjoyment of the Event will not be tolerated. Attendees must comply with all instructions from Event staff and emergency personnel.

14. Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidation, harassment, abuse, threats, physical violence, possession of weapons or illegal substances, vandalism, disruptive conduct, or violation of applicable laws. Event Organizers reserve the right to remove any individual engaging in unacceptable behavior without refund and to involve law enforcement if appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held, without regard to conflict of law principles.
