In this policy (this “Privacy Policy”), we describe how we collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information obtained through your use of [people.inc] (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by AAPI Food & Wine, (“AAPI.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and does not cover any information collected via any other website, application, or service. We collect information from our various brand properties and other services.  We are not responsible for the privacy policies or privacy practices of third parties.

Information You May Choose to Provide to Us

  • Business Contact Information. We may collect business contact data from you if you choose to provide that information. For example, you may provide us with your name, email address, phone number, company information, demographics, and any other information you provide in messages or other forms or attachments. We may collect information from you in connection with a job application submitted via the Site, such as resume/CV.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and are not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will endeavor to delete any such information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our privacy practices.  If we make any material changes to our privacy practices, we will indicate at the top of the Privacy Policy the date when it was most recently updated and you shall be bound to such changes when accessing the Services that are linked to the updated Privacy Policy or when the updated Privacy Policy is otherwise provided to you.
