Lois Cho is the Chief Executive Officer/cofounder of CHO Wines and founder of AAPI Food and Wine. She is Dave Cho’s number one supporter from busking together on the streets of Santa Monica to jumping all in to building CHO Wines. After working as a family nurse practitioner for a decade, she transitioned to a full time role at CHO Wines in 2022 as CEO (but really she does it all from content creation, PR, event production, graphic design and more). Amidst running a winery, building a tasting room and production facility, and planting a vineyard, the Chos are also raising a young family (two girls and a boy).

Lois founded the AAPI Food and Wine nonprofit to shine a light on AAPI representation in the food and beverage industry and will be taking the festival to NYC in March 2026. She is a board member of Willamette Valley Wineries Association, recognized as a Wine Industry Leader by Wine Business Monthly, and a welcomed speaker for Women in Wine, Unified Wine Symposium and DTC Wine Symposium.
