Kitsanaruk went to a culinary school in Bangkok, Thailand and spent times at Nahm (World 50 Best restaurants in2013) and Bo Lan (Asia 50 Best restaurants in 2013), he was the chef de cuisine at Err Urban Rustic Thai in Bangkok before he moved to join Langbaan in 2017 where he is now an executive chef and partner where he lead the kitchen team to win James Beard Outstanding Restaurant Award in 2024.
