Kitsanaruk went to a culinary school in Bangkok, Thailand and spent time cooking at Nahm (World’s 50 Best in 2013) and Bo Lan (Asia’s 50 Best in 2013). He was the Chef de Cuisine at Err Urban Rustic Thai in Bangkok before he moved to join Langbaan in 2017 where he is currently Executive Chef and Partner. He lead the kitchen team to win James Beard Outstanding Restaurant Award in 2024.
