Jihae Kwon has been an avid home cook and enthusiastic food lover since 2011, always excited to meet local chefs and gush over great meals with friends. In April 2025, she opened Cozy Congee , a congee-focused restaurant built on careful research, deep respect for tradition, and the belief that comforting food should feel welcoming and fun. After attending this festival as a guest last year and falling in love with it, Jihae is beyond excited to return as a featured chef.
