Grace is a native New Yorker who was first exposed to cooking by following her grandma to church every weekend, where she would cook for the other attendees. She graduated from Baruch College with a business degree before going on to attend the Culinary Institute of America. She is an ardent adventurer who has traveled to over 32 countries thus far, and still counting. NYC, California, Italy, and Sweden have deeply inspired her culinary journey thus far. Rooted in tradition while driven by curiosity, Grace is currently serving at the helm of Atoboy as the Executive Sous Chef.
